The Industrial Chemicals Division handles a wide range of products including; solvents for paint and ink, monomers for adhesives, organic chemical materials, urethane materials and coating materials. We have a sales network covering Japan and overseas though Marubeni Group’s global network not only in Japan, Asia or Europe, but also the Middle East, Africa and South America.
As for solvent sales in Japan, for low to high volume orders, we cooperate with Shinko Chemical Terminal Co., Ltd. (for storage and logistics), and Shoei Chemical Co., Ltd. (commissioned manufacturing of paint thinner).
We are committed to meet clients’ needs through our careful and tailored finely tuned services, as well as providing information covering a wide range of products used in upstream to downstream.
Organic Chemicals Department -I handles a wide variety of products including Pentanes･Butanes, Cellulose Acetate・Acetate tow, Chlorobenzenes, Resin Monomers and Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP).Now we are focusing on distributing Isopentane and Isobutane using our own logistics and promoting High-Degradable Cellulose Acetate as the replacement of the petrochemical materials.
Organic Chemicals Department -II deals with ethyl acetate, organic solvents for coating, detergents, resins and additive materials, etc.Taking advantage of Marubeni’s network, we provide various products and services in Japan and overseas (Europe and the United States, Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America).
Organic Chemicals Department -III mainly deals with urethane materials used for paints, inks, adhesives and synthetic leathers, etc.

Organic Chemicals Department -Osaka/Kyushu Branch covers an expansive areafrom Nagoya to Kyushu. We cooperate with Shoei Chemical Co., Ltd. and ShinkoChemical Terminal Co., Ltd., and provide our service regardless of the amountsinvolved from small to large lots to meet customers’ needs for products such asorganic solvents, monomers, urethanes, etc.
